Why do you think after Charlie died, and Raines killed his murderer, that Raines still hallucinates Charlie. Well, obviously Raines needs a hallucination to talk to, but why do you think Raines still hallucinates him?
Do you think Raines's has a guilty conscience?

He blames himself for Charlie's death. Or maybe it's survior's guilt: Charlie died and Raines didn't so Raines feels guilty. Someone over at imdb wondered if maybe Raines had been the one to shot Charlie(accidently of course) in the confusion. Maybe we'll learn more as the series goes on.(At least I hope so!)
